That adrenaline rush you are feeling isn't from actual thunder - it is from Motocross -come and experience the action as the Fall Thunder in the Sand Motocross Races return to the Wildwoods. Wildwood, NJ - September 21, 2009 - The exciting Thunder Series continues in the Wildwoods as the third round of a four part series starts with the Fall Thunder in the Sand Progressive AMA Sanctioned Motocross Race on Friday, October 9th through Sunday, October 11th, presented by New Jersey Thunder MotorSports Inc, and ATCO MX Park. The races are being held on the Beach at Lincoln Avenue in Wildwood. If you have never experienced the thrill of motocross now is your chance. Whether you want to participate or prefer to watch, there is plenty of heart-pounding excitement to go around! The award-winning, expansive Wildwoods beach, voted "Best Beaches" in New Jersey, the will be transformed into a custom course with hair-pin turns and huge jumps providing non-stop action sure to satisfy everyone in attendance. The event will feature both AMA-sanctioned and Pro-AM motocross races ranging from beginners to top professional racers for their chance to win top cash prizes. The event kicks off Friday with a regular practice session from, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. (price $15) and Drag Racing beginning at 6:30 p.m. On Saturday, practice will be held from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. with racing starting at noon. And Sunday, hot laps start at 9:00 a.m. and the racing begins at 10:00 a.m. Check for additional practice times at www.thundermoto.com. Join in on the fun by signing up to be a participant, Amateur Classes are $30 and Pro Classes are $40. If you just want to sit back and watch the pure exhilaration of motocross, spectator tickets are $7 for bleacher seating and children under 4 are FREE.
