Wildwoods, NJ - The Wildwoods will hold its 29th Annual Halloween Parade on Friday, October 30th followed by a Fun Fair at the Wildwoods Convention Center. The parade begins at 6:15 p.m. at Wildwood and Pacific Avenues and will proceed south to Andrews Avenue then east on Ocean Avenue and ending at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Then following the parade there will be a FREE Fun Fair in the Oceanfront Arena located inside the Wildwoods Convention Center from 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Registration for the parade for float and non-float divisions will be from 5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at the Main Street Office located at 3306 Pacific Avenue between Wildwood and Oak Avenues. The judging for the costume contest and parade line-up will take place from 5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. The winners will be announced at the Fun Fair! After the parade, the FREE Fun Fair with games and prizes is guaranteed to be a ghoulishly good time for the entire family! Come as you aren't - don't forget to wear your costume and join in on the fun! Winners of the costume contest will be announced at the fair. Trophies will be awarded to individuals for the Funniest Costume, Scariest Costume, and Most Creative Costume. Also, there will awards for the Best Civic Group, Best Family Group and Best Commercial Group in the float and non-float divisions. The parade is sponsored by the Greater Wildwood Hotel & Motel Association, Wildwood Recreation Department, Main Street Wildwood, Wildwood Chamber of Commerce, Dominos Pizza, Greater Wildwood Tourism Improvement and Development Authority and the City of Wildwood.
