East Coast Music Hall of Fame Hits High Note in The Wildwoods

The Wildwoods, NJ – May 14, 2019 – Don’t miss what is sure to be one of the Wildwoods premier music events – the East Coast Music Hall of Fame Inaugural Awards Gala and Concert on Wednesday, June 5 in the Oceanfront Arena at the Wildwoods Convention Center.

The show features Master of Ceremonies Mike Marino, “New Jersey’s Bad Boy of Comedy,” with co-hosts Emil Stucchio and Vinnie Medugno, and combines a star-studded concert of artists from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s with the presentation of 16 Lifetime Achievement Awards and Legends Awards.The concert will feature performances by: The Brooklyn Bridge, The Duprees, Jay Siegel’s Tokens, Lou Christie, Larry Chance, The Skyliners, Vito Picone & the Elegants, Jœy Dee, Emil Stucchio, Vinnie Medugno, Sal Valentinetti and the Mark Baron Orchestra.

Lifetime Awards Inductees include: Bobby Rydell, Charlie Gracie, Chubby Checker, Connie Francis, Frankie Avalon, Eugene Pitt, Jay Siegel, Jœy Dee, Jimmy Beaumont, Johnny Maestro, Larry Chance, Lou Christie, Richard Nader, Ronnie I Italiano, Vito Picone, and Willie Minfield.

Appearances by: Tony Orlando, Bobby Rydell, Connie Francisand special message & video performances by Kenny Vance, Willie Winfield, Don K Reed, and Bobby Jay.
The East Coast Music Hall of Fame is made up of music professionals and fans from Maine to Florida dedicated to ensuring the present and future of the Rock and Roll era of the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s as well as celebrating the pioneers of American musical heritage.

It is the mission of the East Coast Music Hall Of Fame organization to build a museum and library to bring together the resources to honor those who have contributed to East Coast music from the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s and to help inspire future generations to carry on this legacy. The goal is to turn a 6,600 sq. ft building on Pacific Avenue into the home for the museum and library. Plans for the building also include a 300-seat state of the Art Performing Arts Theater, movie theater, snack bar and souvenir shop.

East Coast Music Hall of Fame doors open at 4:30 p.m. A meet and greet will be held from 4:45-5:45 p.m. and the show starts at 6 p.m. Tickets are now available through Ticketmaster at 800.745.3000 or Ticketmaster.com or in person at the Wildwood Convention Center box office on select dates including: Saturdays and Sundays and June 3 – 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Wednesday June 5 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
