Fish For Life

Fish for Life, a 501c3 program that takes special needs children fishing is expanding from the West Coast to the East Coast! 30 special needs children, 30 chaperones & 40 volunteers will board the 100ft sportfishing vessel “Atlantic Star” to enjoy a day of fishing……in grand style on Saturday, June 19th. Opening ceremonies start at 9:30 am to honor our special needs guests. After the speakers, a volunteer will say a prayer followed by the singing of the National Anthem and then we roll out a Red Carpet to individually introduce our honored guests and their chaperones. Fishing Teams are organized and once everyone is aboard, we depart to the theme song of the Pirates of the Caribbean followed by a fireboat escort provided by Deputy Chief Dom McClain of the North Wildwood Fire Department. Seasoned anglers will teach the kids how to catch fish and a Marine Biologist will be aboard. Guests will enjoy entertainment surprises including a real live Mermaid! All Fish for Life trips are complementary to our guests & loving volunteers! For more information call 215.901.5905 or
