The Christmas in July festivities begin with a FREE movie in Byrne Plaza, located at 3400 Pacific Avenue in Downtown Wildwood, on Tuesday, July 22. Gather friends and family and bring a chair or blanket for a family movie under the stars. The movie begins as soon as it gets dark outside. North Wildwood Christmas in July House Decorating Contest – NEW!

Be festive and get into the Christmas in July spirit with the inaugural North Wildwood Christmas in July House Decorating Contest, where all homes and businesses in North Wildwood are encouraged to decorate for the holiday in hopes of winning a prize. Registration forms are available at the North Wildwood Recreation Center, 900 Central Avenue, and North Wildwood City Hall, 901 Atlantic Avenue. Forms are due by Wednesday, July 23 at 4 p.m. at either location. Judging occurs on Wednesday, July 23, and Thursday, July 24, at or after dusk. North Wildwood Christmas in July with Santa

Take a photo with Santa, enjoy a candy cane, and sing along with live holiday music on the North Wildwood Beach on Saturday, July 26. Beachgoers are invited to decorate their beach blanket, wear festive beach attire, and create their own reindeer games. This FREE family fun event is presented by the North Wildwood Beach Patrol. Surfing Santas – NEW!

Surfing, paddleboarding, and boogie-boarding Santas celebrate Christmas in July at the North Wildwood Beach Patrol Headquarters at 15th Avenue Beach. Free registration begins at 8 a.m., and the water activities start at 9 a.m. Participants and spectators are encouraged to dress festive and get into the holiday spirit. Prizes awarded for best costumes. Santa hats, snacks, and drinks will be available while supplies last for a small donation supporting the Cape May County Animal Shelter. Wildwood’s Christmas in July Golf Cart Parade

The City of Wildwood’s 4th Annual Christmas in July Golf Cart parade takes place on the Wildwoods Boardwalk on Saturday, July 26. This quirky community favorite invites residents and visitors to decorate their golf carts in holiday cheer and join the morning parade along the iconic Wildwoods Boardwalk. Participants are encouraged to use twinkling lights, inflatable Santa, beach balls in Santa hats, and tropical elves – the more decorations, the merrier the parade will be! It’s the perfect blend of holiday magic and seaside summer fun.
Check-in and judging take place from 8:00-9:45 a.m. at the Wildwoods Convention Center semi-circle, followed by the parade kick-off at 10:00 a.m. Golf carts will be judged on creativity, holiday spirit, and overall presentation, with trophies awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Winners will be announced that afternoon on the J. Byrne Community Center Facebook, and trophies can be picked up at the Recreation Center located at 401 West Youngs Avenue. Wildwood Crest Christmas in July Festival & Boat Parade

Celebrate the Christmas season in the summertime with the Wildwood Crest Christmas in July Festival and Boat Parade on Saturday, July 26, at 6 p.m. along Sunset Lake, near Atlanta and New Jersey Avenues. Enjoy live music with Jamison performing holiday-themed songs, along with pop and rock hits. Other activities include magic and variety shows, face painting, FREE photos with Santa and more. Food vendors will also be on hand for the event.
The event concludes with the ever-popular Christmas in July Boat Parade in Sunset Lake at 8:45 p.m. Approximately 40 boats decorated for the Christmas season will travel through Sunset Lake for all attendees to view and enjoy.
