ABOUT THE CONVENTION CENTER

Please direct all event inquiries to the Sales Department at (800) 992-9732 or submit a request for information.

A standard set-up of your room — configured as theater, classroom, rounds or boardroom style — including tables, chairs, a lectern and two skirted tables for registration, are included in your event contract. Contact your sales manager for details.

Every event is different. Your event manager will provide you with an itemized estimate based on your event’s specific needs. Some of the following charges may apply: electrical, audiovisual, catering, insurance, cleaning services, event staffing, internet and/or equipment.

An event manager will be assigned to you as your main liaison with Wildwoods Convention Center staff and service providers. The primary responsibility of your event manager is to gather and communicate your event information to various in-house operating departments; make sure your event is in compliance with the facility’s rules and regulations; and help your event run safely and smoothly. Your event manager will be with you leading up to, during, and after the event to help make sure your event is a complete success.

Yes, your event manager will create scaled floorplans that show the layout of your meeting space with Meeting Matrix. Some events held in the Exhibit Hall and or Ballroom will require a floor plan that must be submitted for approval by building staff and the State Fire Marshall.

Yes, the Wildwoods Convention Center has a CBA with several local trade
unions to help with the load in, set up and tear down of your event. Your event
manager can answer any of your questions prior to load of your show or event.

Food and beverage services are provided exclusively by Delaware North Companies.

Delaware North is the exclusive caterer for the Wildwoods Convention Center. No outside food or beverage items are allowed in the convention center without Delaware North’s approval. All food must be purchased on-site through the Delaware North catering sales department. Special circumstances such as cultural weddings and ethnic events may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Yes. We offer the beautiful Starlight Ballroom for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, etc.  We can host weddings for 50 – 800 guests. For more information please contact the Sales Department at (800) 992-9732 or submit a request for information.

Yes, however, there are restrictions as follows:

Samples cannot be greater than 2 oz. (must be non-alcoholic)

A sample request must be approved by Delaware North 7 days prior to the event

Yes. The Wildwoods Convention Center requires each client to carry Commercial General Liability Policy with coverage against claims for bodily injury or death and property damage to the limit of not less than $1,000,000.00.

Yes. We have complimentary public high-speed wireless internet located throughout our facility.

The use or distribution of helium balloons is prohibited everywhere in the building except the Main and Ballroom Lobbies, however proper notice must be given to your event manager for arrangements.

No open flames are allowed in the Wildwoods Convention Center by accordance of the New State DCA.

Yes. Our ATM is located at the entrance of the Wildwoods Convention Center located next to the Box Office.

The Wildwoods Convention Center has over 800 parking spots on its property. There are numerous private parking lots located adjacent to the facility. Prevailing rates are charged in all of our lots throughout the year.

For the safety and comfort of all our visitors, animals are not permitted in the Wildwoods Convention Center. However, animals that are part of an approved show, exhibit, display or performance, which absolutely requires the use of an animal, will be permitted on a case by case basis. The customer is responsible for obtaining all appropriate permits. Guide, signal or service dogs (as defined by Law) are allowed in the Wildwoods Convention Center. All sanitary needs for animals are the responsibility of the show or guest.

The Wildwoods Convention Center has security staff on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We can also provide additional security officers, ushers and ticket takers available at hourly rates. Your event manager can go over these details with you.
