2027 Show Dates Announced
The Wildwoods, NJ – September 21, 2026 – The Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement and Development Authority (GWTIDA) announced today that the Wildwoods Air Show, held September 12 and 13, 2026, drew 238,400 visitors and generated over $59.6 million in economic impact.
GWTIDA also announced the Wildwoods Air Show will return to the resort town on September 11 & 12, 2027.
The Wildwoods Air Show debuted in 2025, attracting 133,000 attendees and generating $33.2 million in economic impact. During its first two years, the show has attracted more than 371,000 visitors and generated over $92.8 million in total economic impact to the Wildwoods and Cape May County. The event has become a signature event for the Wildwoods, attracting visitors from across the country to witness the spectacular aerial feats performed each year.
“The response to our second year of the Wildwoods Air Show has truly exceeded our expectations. We’re grateful to our Air Show partners and to our visitors that have made this annual event a tremendous success,” said Louis M. Belasco, Executive Director of GWTIDA, “The 2027 Wildwoods Air Show will be even bigger, with more outstanding performers and exciting spectacles to enjoy.”
Staged over our spectacular Wildwoods’ beaches, one of the top outdoor event venues in the country, the 2026 Wildwoods Air Show featured the USAF F-22 Raptor Demo Team as well as highly skilled aerialists and impressive parachuters. Crowds were treated to the thrill of the air show performers in addition to multiple island-wide events that took place throughout the weekend.
The Wildwoods Air Show is a free event and is visible from across the Wildwoods, including on the Wildwoods award-winning beaches and boardwalk with show center on the Spicer Avenue beach between Morey’s Mariner’s Landing Pier and Adventure Pier. Premium VIP hospitality options will be available and expanded for the 2027 Air Show.
