Yoga on the Beach

Enjoy a bit of relaxation and grounding this Labor Day Weekend with Yoga on the Beach at Burk Avenue behind the Wildwoods Convention Center. Yoga takes place at 9 a.m. daily from Friday, August 29 through Monday, September 1. Practice with the sun, surf, and sand for a unique experience featuring a traditional Hatha yoga style class, infused with Qi Gong, a variety of healing therapies, and lots of modifications for all levels.
