The Cape May County Coast Guard Community Foundation is proud to host the annual Southern NJ Coast Guard Ball on April 29, 2023 at the Wildwoods Convention Center. This year we will celebrate the 75th Anniversary of Recruit Training at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May. This Ceremonial Ball combines tradition and celebrates the special relationship between the Coast Guard and the Community. This Formal / Black Tie Optional event is an opportunity for the public to experience a formal Coast Guard Ball while also connecting the Community with Coast Guard members from around the region. The celebration transitions from sophisticated and formal to all-out-dancing-fun over the course of the evening.
The evening begins with a cocktail reception prior to military formalities. The program includes a remembrance table ceremony, remarks from the USCG Training Center Cape May, and formal toasting for all of our military branches. We have also been honored to have the United States Coast Guard Ceremonial Honor Guard provide an exceptional performance at past events.
