The Wildwoods, NJ – June 14, 2021 – The Wildwoods Convention Center has recently been awarded the Facilities & Destinations magazine 2021 Prime Site Award. Nominated by readers of Facilities & Destinations, the Wildwoods Convention Center is being recognized for its implementation of COVID-19 safety measures and services to the community during the challenging times of the pandemic; as well as the positive experiences of event goers at the Convention Center prior to March 2020.
Extensive measures have been taken by the Wildwoods Convention Center staff to ensure a safe, comfortable and unforgettable experience for all who visit. To assure the safety of guests and employees, advanced sanitization protocols have been implemented, including sanitizing stations located in key traffic areas throughout the building. Also, one employee has been designated to sanitize the high-traffic areas throughout the building – door handles, window ledges and other highly populated areas.
Before and after all events, the Convention Center’s professional team deep cleans the areas with commercial grade disinfecting materials and sprays and restock all hand sanitized stations. The team maintain this during events to assure guests feel safe and comfortable and conduct the same level of deep cleaning immediately following the event.
