The Wildwoods Welcome Visitors to Enjoy a Lineup of Family-Friendly Events During Labor Day Weekend

The Wildwoods, NJ – August 13, 2026 – The Wildwoods are finishing off the summer season strong, welcoming visitors to enjoy the best of the Jersey shore, and a whole lot more, during Labor Day Weekend.

Labor Day Weekend in the Wildwoods is jam-packed with island-wide events and happenings, taking place Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7, 2026. Events include:

Yoga on the Beach
Friday, September 4 – Monday, September 7
Enjoy a bit of relaxation and grounding this Labor Day Weekend with Yoga on the Beach at Burk Avenue behind the Wildwoods Convention Center. Yoga takes place at 9 a.m. daily from Friday, September 4 through Monday, September 7. Practice with the sun, surf, and sand for a unique experience featuring a traditional Hatha yoga style class, infused with Qi Gong, a variety of healing therapies, and lots of modifications for all levels. Wildwoods Boardwalk Friday Night Fireworks

Friday, September 4

Have a blast on the Wildwoods Boardwalk and enjoy an awesome fireworks show on Friday, September 4 at 10 p.m. The fireworks are launched from the beach at Pine Avenue and are synchronized to music that plays over the Wildwoods Boardwalk sound system. Downtown Wildwood Farmer’s Market

The Downtown Wildwood Farmer’s Market finishes its 13th season on Saturday, September 5 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., rain or shine. The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market is the place to be for Jersey Fresh produce, baked goods, specialty foods, gifts, and more. Extending from Oak Avenue to Schellenger Avenue at Byrne Plaza, 3400 Pacific Avenue, the market will feature over 70 vendors. The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market is like a treasure hunt where you will find something for everyone including produce, plants, cut flowers, honey, baked goods, specialty foods, handmade items, fine art, candles, soaps, jewelry, personalized gifts, clothing, signs, pet items, breakfast sandwiches, dinners to go, craft beer, wine, craft spirits, hard cider. and much more.
