The Wildwoods, NJ – December 17, 2024 – Calling all Nerds, Geeks, Comic Book Fans, Pop Culture Aficionados, and Cosplayers! It’s going to be WILD at the WILD-CON returning to the Wildwoods Convention Center on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Wild Con Jersey Shore Comic Book Show kicks off the New Year and Con Season with new guests, vendors, and so much more.
This year’s event brings new guests: Glenn Taranto from the New Addams Family, Roseanne Sorrentino and Toni Ann Gisondi from the Broadway movie Annie. Enjoy Hot Wheels Die Cast Car Races, a Trivia game “Name It!” where contestants will answer questions about Anime, Music, Characters, and Superheroes, and much more.
There will be special guests, such as animator Jeff Brennan (Courage the Cowardly Dog), comic book artists, writers, creators, as well as a variety of great vendors. Enjoy something for everyone, including comic books, trading cards, Anime, Manga, crafts, collectibles, and so much more! Trivia games will also be available for those who wish to play. Several cosplay/costume groups will provide entertainment, photo opportunities, and interactive activities for youngsters and attendees. There will be a Cosplay Contest at 3 p.m., so be sure to dress to impress as your favorite superhero, anime, or comic book character for a chance to win some great prizes!
Admission is $10, and children ages 12 and under are FREE with a paying adult. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.com and at the door on the day of the event.
