3BR/2BA condo w/2 parking spaces in shared garage, 1 space in driveway. Easy 1.5 block walk to beach, boardwalk, Convention Center. Fox Park .5 block away. Come stay with us! Our family is happy to host your family or group of adults over 25. Great restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance as well as our close proximity to the Convention Center and Fox Park make this the ideal vacation spot. Plenty of space with a full kitchen, living room, covered deck, and flat screen smart TVs in every BR and the LR. The outdoor hot/cold enclosed private shower and storage area await your return from a day at the beach! There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. The condo sleeps 6 in BRs (1 queen, 1 queen, 2 twins), with a pull out sofa in the LR you could add 1 or 2 more (max is 8 persons). Cable and WiFi is included, but you will need to bring your own sheets and towels. Please leave your pets at home (with care of course) and there is no smoking or open flames (grills) in the property or around the common areas. During the summer season (late June through early September) we typically rent for one week minimum from Saturday to Saturday, but if you have a special request please contact us and we will do our best to work with you. Off season rentals are possible for weekends or longer. Let us know what days you need and we will work together!!
