Summer Solstice Yoga + Sound Healing

A special yoga and sound healing ceremony of welcoming the light of summer on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Bring a beach towel and a blanket or a cover up for the relaxation part at the end. Bring water and anything else that will allow you to relax! $16.00/person or bring a friend for $27.00/two.

Class will start with some gentle movement to get the fire within activated and then set an intention for the season. Afterwards, we will calm that internal fire with a guided meditation to the sound of gongs, bowls, and bells!
