We first opened our restaurant doors to the public in 1985, in the then quiet seashore town of Wildwood, NJ. Our family’s recipes, which date back generations, were an instant success in town. Carini’s Ristorante & Pizzeria quickly became the area’s first name for fine Italian cuisine.
