Cape May County Lifeguard Championships

The annual Cape May County Lifeguard Championships brings together lifeguards from across Cape May County to showcase their skills and compete in various lifeguarding events at the Wildwood beach. The competition starts at 6:15 p.m. and features events such as a surf dash relay, rowing events, open paddleboard race, open swim, women’s paddleboard race, and more. The competition is open to the public, offering spectators an opportunity to witness the athleticism and dedication of the lifeguards who protect the beaches of Cape May County.
