Flags of Liberty Ceremony

Flags of Liberty is a moving patriotic event honoring the memories of our deceased veterans. Spectators are invited to join the Greater Wildwoods Elks Lodge #1896 and the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement & Development Authority on Friday, May 23, 2025, during Memorial Day Weekend for this annual ceremony. New for 2025, the ceremony will take place on the Wildwoods Boardwalk. Participant check-in begins at 9 a.m. and the ceremony begins at 10 a.m. For those who want to honor a veteran by unfurling a casket flag in their memory, click here.
