Irish Fall Festival
Irish Weekend in North Wildwood is the largest Irish Festival on the East Coast celebrating Irish heritage. Enjoy dancing, music, food and craft vendors and participating pubs along Olde New Jersey Ave. and North Wildwood. Festivities include a golf tournament, Irish dance lessons, 5K run and 1 mile walk, pipe exhibition, food court and Catholic Mass. The Wildwoods Island Shuttle service will be running in North Wildwood throughout the festival weekend: Friday from 10 a.m. to closing, Saturday from 10 a.m. to closing, and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. Jitneys will run from the festival area via 3rd Avenue, South on Surf Avenue to 26th Avenue, then return North on Surf Avenue to 4th Avenue and return to the festival area in the North Wildwood Entertainment District. There is a $3 fare per person each way. An alternate route along Atlantic Avenue will run during Sunday’s parade.
