There is also a small washer and dryer IN UNIT.

The one bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart tv. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 55 inch smart tv. The self-controlled central AC works great and will cool you off in no time.

This centrally located 3rd floor unit overlooks the large pool lined with loungers, sun deck, patio area with grills and gazebo, and your own free parking spot. Door has keypad entry. Access to free assigned parking spot in front of pool area. Access to pool, grilling area, sun deck, and gazebo. 21 and older to rent.
No smoking. No pets. Early check in and/or late check out may be possible depending on availability. Feel free to request from unit owner. There is no daily maid service included, cleaning supplies are within unit. **For single night stays, a $50 cleaning fee will be added and due prior to arrival.
