Bedroom 1, California King Bed with dresser and closet. Bedroom 2, Full size bed and dresser, must walk through bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 1. Bedroom 3, Twin bed and dresser. Living room – L shaped couch with queen sofa sleeper. Dining room table seats 6. Kitchen – refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, toaster, keurig, plates, bowls, silverware, pots and pans. Gas grill and outside shower. Includes Central Air, gas heat and UV Lighting. NO pets and NO smoking. One parking pass for off street parking, occasionally there will be one parking spot at the house.
